About Our Fees

As of September, 2023, Attorney Marinello is no longer accepting individual cases. Her private practice is limited to serving as guardian ad litem (“GAL”) when appointed by RI probate courts and civil mediation, offered exclusively through Key Mediation, LLC.

Information regarding mediation fees can be found at Key Mediation, LLC. For inquiries about speaking engagements or trainings, please call Key Mediation, LLC at (401) 379-2539.

Guardian ad Litem fees are charged in accordance with Rhode Island general laws.
